Whether you have a medical condition and are looking for a natural alternative for excessive sweating or need a nervousness barrier, we've got you covered! No more sweat stains means confidence and comfort every day. **Q: Original Fit vs Slim Fit: Which one is right for me?** A: Slim Fit shirts are made with rayon and spandex and are intended to fit snug, so they’re more discreet underneath your clothing. Original Fit is made from 100% cotton & provides a little more breathing room for those who prefer a looser undershirt. **Q: How is the Thompson Tee different from other "sweat proof" shirts?** A: The Thompson Tee is the original sweat proof undershirt. It's the only undershirt backed by a patent from the U.S. Patent Office for our Hydro-Shield sweatproof technology, which completely absorbs & blocks sweat with breathability. **Q: Is the underarm barrier really sweat proof?** A: The Thompson Tee is the only patented proprietary design that uses a clinical-grade sweatproof material that completely blocks moisture from passing through. So you can be sure that the shirt won't lose its effectiveness over time, wash after wash. **Q: What's the story behind the Thompson Tee?** A: Spurred by their struggles with hyperhidrosis, a medical condition causing heavy perspiration, friends Billy Thompson & Randy Choi, joined forces to create the Thompson Tee, a sweatproof tshirt solution to the embarrassing sweat marks and stains. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good *by A***H on 1 July 2025* Good ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great job *by S***A on 20 August 2024* Did the work !!! No more stress no more sweat spots . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Problem Solved *by S***T on 13 December 2019* Wow wow and wow again. What a brilliant product. I've suffered with embarrassing sweat marks under my arms for all my adult life and this garment has just cured that instantly. I can now carry out presentations without worrying about raising my arms and showing this horrible stain on my shirts. The first day I wore the shirt I was amazed by how effective it was. The fit is large so if your used to European sizes I'd advise to drop down a size smaller than usual.
