Review: Audio and ease of use doesn't get much better. - Fit and function is excellent. The initial fit or optional cushions make it easy to get up and running immediately. My wife and I both use the installed cushions. We both agree that these phones provide the best audio we have ever experienced with ear buds, Period !
Review: Disappointed - lasted only three months - Originally I really liked this product. My average use was 2-3 times per week. Purchased in Nov 2020 Nd less than than three months after purchase the left side stopped working. These are expensive and I would expect a longer life than a few months. I contacted the seller and was told that I was not eligible for a replacement or a refund because the 30 day return policy was up. I would expect that any seller would happily replace a broken product. Good customer service and all that. Buyer beware on this product. I will never purchase anything from these sellers again. Enjoy my hard earned money.

I use these every day. They are so comfortable and have great sound reproduction. I’m also an instrumentalist and vocalist who taught those subjects for 33 years. I’m still performing in four concert bands, I play for Mass and sing and conduct our church choir. When I’m looking for new music these are my go to “assistants “ . I’m really pleased to finally find a great pair of earbuds that fit my small ears. Thank you for a wonderful product! I’m also an avid audio book listener!
