Review: Great ball launcher - This is a great product. I love how if the dog is trained. It can drop the balls itself unfortunately, my pup had an issue with the Sound of the motor(it is not loud at all) but my girl is reactive in some noises she can’t handle so I did return it. I wish we could’ve kept it. Some might say a little pricey. In my opinion it’s not unreasonable. It’s a great product. Very easy to set up.
Review: Awful loud tiny throw - Awful awful we tried to use it the first few days we got it but it’s so loud and it doesn’t even throw as far as your hand can throw so it doesn’t throw far enough and you just have to sit there and put it in. I was hoping it would automatically simply work but the loud fan and the very minimal throw it gives you makes this a waste of a lot of money. I’d love to take it back, but it’s bulky and awful.

**Q: Can rubber chuck-it balls be used in this machine?**
A: I use racketballs and chuck it balls. The tennis balls breakdown and the fluff gets in the motor and breaks the machine. I’m on my third machine before I figured it out. The chuck it and racquetballs also launch farther. My dog loves this thing. We do it first thing in the morning. I have a high energy dog and this is a must for my family.

**Q: Will this launch a racket ball?**
A: No. This thing doesn’t launch a tennis ball more than 5 feet.  It states 40, but that’s a joke.  I returned mine.  It  doesn’t work and is very loud. My dog wouldn’t get near it.

**Q: Will it work with other type of balls? My dog will only use the chuck it balls.**
A: Yea it will.  Not as far due to the weight.

**Q: What exactly is the difference between this one and the green one?**
A: I think I found the answer. The green one has battery options

Works really well. Good quality. Looks like pictured. Came with balls and has a lot of power. Not as expensive as other brands and it came with balls. Easy to move around, its not heavy. Has been keeping my dog entertained
