**Q: Does it work for the ears ?**
A: Yes... worked great.  Hold your ear or nose before yanking.  Works better if the skin doesn’t “give” when you pull.

**Q: On scale 1-10 how painful is it ?**
A: 1 being painless and 10 being painful, I'd say it's a 2. You feel it happen but it doesn't hurt. You just can't hesitate on the pull. Really go for it.

**Q: are the sticks reusable if the wax is removed?**
A: the sticks are NOT reusable.

**Q: Can it be used on lip & chin?**
A: Dear Sam. 
Yes, but you need to find right waxing sticks to do the job. However, we have another face waxing kit -- specially designed for this purpose.

There is barly any pain while waxing and it gets the job done but make sure not to have so much wax on the skin, also both methods work even boiling water doesn’t require a microwave.
