I had a really bad experience with installing these racks. Each bolt supplied would not thread with the supplied nuts and so on. The racking seemed to be functional so we went out of our way to purchase and replace every nut and bolt with grade A replacements. After that it seemed to work.After only four months the paint had faded with oxidation and the decals were gone. However, we do store our trailers outside so that’s to be expected in this price range of product. Paint is cheap to touch up!So, with some time I received a direct phone call from Jungle Jim himself!!! I had not reached out other than a review on Amazon. I was flabbergasted that a large company would even take the time with a small order such as mine! He explained difficulties with amazon and new manufacturing facilities... etc. All made a great deal of since givin today’s economy.All in all.This spells out clearly that Jungle Jim truly stands behind products and support customers with every need.I have never been treated so well. I would now recommend Jungle Jims’s products to all of my friends in the industry and will continue to purchase from them in the future. After all now I have Jim’s direct cell number! ;) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product *by A***Y on October 27, 2017* This is very well built. It is strong enough for me (150) pounds to sit in. Although, I did have a trimmer rack weld break. I contacted Jennifer at Jungle Jim’s and she sent me a replacement right away. Only reason this is not 5 stars is because the blower rack has some sharp edges and cuts away at my backpack blower. I just filed the edges down and made it better.
