Sweep or vacuum the floor to remove all the dirt and dust.2. Apply the liquid evenly in one direction, using a wax spreader. When all the tiles are covered leave it to dry for a moment.3. Once the product has dried (after 40 minutes), you could apply a second layer terracotta sealer crosswise onto the first one.4. My terracotta floor was looking dull and tired, but after using this product it looks shiny, refreshed, and almost like new again. It gave the floor a lovely clean finish and brought the colour back beautifully. Easy to use and definitely worth it!
Review: Great product - Used on a sorry looking floor in my new home that hadn't been touched in over 20 years. Amazing finish after only 2 coats - the previously manky and fully absorbent clay has been restored to water repellent, creamy peach coloured tiles. Will be applying another 2 coats to achieve more of a gleam, but the seal and glaze already on the abomination masking as terracotta defines this as a miracle product in my home!

I’m really impressed with the HG Terracotta Floor Protector 84. My terracotta floor was looking dull and tired, but after using this product it looks shiny, refreshed, and almost like new again. Used on a sorry looking floor in my new home that hadn't been touched in over 20 years. Amazing finish after only 2 coats - the previously manky and fully absorbent clay has been restored to water repellent, creamy peach coloured tiles. Will be applying another 2 coats to achieve more of a gleam, but the seal and glaze already on the abomination masking as terracotta defines this as a miracle product in my home!

Bought this to seal the Terracotta tiles on the outside window sills and front porch of our 1930's house. Seems to have worked ok BUT the instructions on the bottle say 'For interior use only' !! This wasn't clear when purchased so will see how it goes.
