I would think if they were made with latex that it would say because a lot of people are allergic to latex. You might try asking the company that makes them. I will say they work very well. **Q: is this waterproof?** A: No. You can't get it wet. Need to remember to take if off and seal it in a plastic bag when not wearing it (before bath, etc). **Q: are these individually packaged?** A: Yes the 10 pack is individually airtight packaged.
