It also doesn’t leave that heavy, sugary aftertaste that a lot of sports drinks do. It mixes easily, goes down smoothly, and I haven’t had any stomach issues using it on longer rides. The electrolyte balance feels right for endurance efforts, especially compared to standard drinks like Gatorade that can feel a bit too sweet over time. The price is a little higher than Gatorade, but the cleaner taste and better overall feel make it worth it in my opinion.
