They both have Quick Disconnect cables. **Q: will this work only if i use jabra headsets? or any brand?** A: Hello!  We can only guarantee functionality of the Jabra Link 265 adapter when used with Jabra headsets.  Thank you. **Q: Are the three connectors of this cable USB compatible?** A: No. One side is USB.
