**Q: Do I get one wrist wrap or a pair, and which goes on which wrist?**
A: Every order includes one pair; two wraps, one per wrist. Hold wrap with logo facing you, thumb loop pointing up. Loop right = right wrist. Loop left = left wrist. Includes carrying pouch and registration card. Both wraps are identical in construction

**Q: Are these wrist wraps approved for powerlifting competition?**
A: Yes. Both Stiff and Flex meet USPA and USAPL competition standards. Not currently approved for CPU or IPF competition. If you compete internationally, check your federation's approved equipment list first.
