I have mine sitting in my Car dash and a White dragon that looks exactly like the blue one sitting on my Trucks dash. I get a lot of compliments about them **Q: does it Glow under black light** A: I can't say since we don't have a black light in our home. **Q: What is it made of?** A: They're made of a durable plastic material. Not brittle, also non-bendable. I've bought these for my grandsons, aged 2,4,5,6,and 8 years ! **Q: Do you think this would be the appropriate size for a cake topper? It's a beautifully made dragon that children would love to play with---if you plan to use it as a birthday cake topper, you need to have a large sheet cake. It's just a little smaller than some of the other dragons we ordered as Christmas gifts this year. But it's okay. Nothing was false in the advertising, it was my mistake. I'm not sure I would get this again due to this, however, it is a beautiful dragon and as it is a gift, I'm sure the person receiving it will be pleased, but it is not going to match in size with the other ones we are gifting. I would say, though, that this dragon is the perfect size for smaller hands to play with and it is only a couple inches smaller than the others. This was one of the ones we ordered for one of the adults and perhaps for display purposes this smaller size would be preferred, who knows? Well, whatever they do with their dragon is up to them.
