The wide elastic belt keeps the pack & everything in it secure and smooth to either my stomach or back. It has several divided pockets inside and two additional small pockets on the side of the main zip pouch.I bought this for when I take my dog out and need my hands free. It's perfect. Fits my LG V20 phone, cash, keys, credit card. I also stuck some dog treats in the little pocket on the outside.One caveat, if you are more than pleasantly plump then this may not be comfortable (or fit) as the elastic is wide. While it has nice stretch it only adjusts so far.Result: Perfect for walkers, runners, hikers, dog folks and travelers. Keeps everything secure and out of sight under clothes.
