**Q: Do you need this for the Dell 49Inch? or is really only the G9 due to curvature?**
A: As far as i know the heavy duty pivot is only needed for the G9

**Q: Is this compatible with the Sceptre 49” Ultrawide Curved?**
A: Yes, just adjust the tension lower. It is not required for that monitor. The HX arm itself was designed to hold the 49" without issue. This additional piece is only required for the Samsung g9 and neo g9 which have a stronger curve which changes the leverage on the hinge. 

I have had the HX arm on multiple 49" monitors without issue. I only upgraded with this piece when I moved to the G9.

**Q: Does it have the same tilt range as the non HD version, it doesn’t seem so?**
A: That is correct, the Heavy Duty Tilt Pivot has a reduced tilt range because it is designed to support heavy 1000R curved monitors (screen depth of 6"-12"). The Heavy Duty Tilt Pivot can tilt 15° up and 5° down. The non HD pivot that comes with the HX Desk Monitor Arm is capable of tilting 70° up and 5° down.

**Q: Can anyone tell me the measurement for the space where the bolt goes?**
A: We believe you are referring to the VESA mounting standard. The patterns on the HX Heavy-Duty Tilt Pivot are 100x100mm and 75x75mm.

Suspension obligatoire pour les écrans g9 ! L'écran ne s'incline pas, il reste fixe. Orientation à 90° constante ! Aucune inclinaison depuis 3 mois ! malgré certaines secousses sur mon bureau. Je recommence ce produit pour son efficacité ! Cependant, dommage qu'il soit en kit et pas avec le bras ergotron
