This Banneton works just fine. I dusted it with corn meal prior to proofing my sourdough. The loaf released easily and had the classic shape. The cloth worked well as a cover as I did not use it on the inside with my recipe. The silicone scraper is of good quality with a raised grip portion that fits the hand well. I am well pleased with this purchase. The vendor sent a couple of emails and included an attachment with additional usage and recipe instructions.
