**Q: Hi, is this strong enough to build inner thigh muscles? How much kilos of pressure should we apply to bend the product?**
A: I wouldn't think so. Threw mine away. It's rubbish. Doesn't stay in place safely.

A: Yes, can be work to your glutes

**Q: Is this suitable also for men?**
A: I can’t see why not, the benefits to thighs should be the same & for pelvic floor, very similar - give it a try :)

It's a strange looking piece of kit. Not the easiest thing to get the hang of and not sure how effective it will be as not used it regularly. Once in position it does provide resistance so might see a difference with regular use.
