Have used it for years as I can use no other hair products, as I am allergic to the fragrance and alcohol in them. This is very safe for me to use. You can spray it on damp hair and let dry naturally and it looks great. You can also spray on damp hair and then use a hairdryer, and then use it as a finishing spray. I find if you lift up a piece of hair, spray lightly and not too closely, then hold for a few seconds before letting the hair back down it has a chance to keep the shape and works better.
