Manifold WITH GASKETS. if it has a plastic riser for the heater core dont buy it. you want one with medal. i broke 2 of the plastic crap ones so just spend a little more to get a way better manifold. there is nothing wrong with that one except the plastic for a hella hot water line. lol **Q: Is this intake made in the usa ?** A: China **Q: Does this part fit a 1999 grand marquis ls?** A: Yes, it will fit 1999 grand marquis ls with V8 4.6L engine. **Q: How long is the warranty ?** A: I do not know how long the warranty is, but I would stay away from this manifold. Look for one that does not come with fasteners. The fasteners have to come with this one because they use wood style screws instead of bolts. Not all the screws holes were drilled deep enough causing broken off fasteners.
