I'm also not certain that LED's will work if you wire in series. I DO know that you can wire in parallel and they will work fine. **Q: Delete that one. Can someone show me how to hook them up to my dollhouse?** A: You can buy a small device on Amazon that converts household AC current to 12 volt. Then connect to those wires. I suggest using unpluggable wire connectors. The lights have adhesive on the back, if you are using the 3 light strip that includes the gizmo to make them work direct to 12 volt. **Q: can these be powered with a 12v 10ah garden tractor battery?** A: yes they can **Q: Will these work on AC and what needs to be done?** A: These are DC lights. They are also limited to 12V-18V. You can hook them to 12V-18V AC but they will flicker/pulse. If you hook them to DC they will not flicker.
