I usually use whey but wanted to try a plant based protein due to being over 50 and high cholesterol. It's totally different to Whey, texture is very grainy, taste is very earthy albeit it chocolate flavour which is barely noticeable and about as thick as a para on a spelling test.. I found i couldn't drink as a shake but after trailing I found if I prepare it like over night oats.. oats-water-soy protein add a bit of chocolate powder night before then in the morning add a little more fluid to loosen it up... its fine for me.
