**Q: Is this collar already interlocked as shown in the picture?**
A: Yes it comes interlocked. It is large enough, however, to easily slip over the head. I have a small female German Shepherd who weighs 64 pounds.

**Q: is it Crome looking**
A: The collar has a nice shine to it but not as bright as some chrome.  Even after much wear, it looks good.  No discoloration.

**Q: Can this be used at the same time dog is wearing e-collar?  Will metal act as a conductor if it touches the receiver prongs on the e-collar?**
A: We don't recommend to use other collars with behaviour correction metal collars
