Such a strong and resilient board that is tough enough for the job at hand. I've cut steaks, vegetables, fruit, etc.. This board has maintained its integrity and has been safe enough to have different meats and vegetables cut on it without compromising safety. The fact that it is non porous safely protects from cross contamination with no juices absorbing into the board.
