The quality felt solid and not cheap.When it came down to using it on Taco Tuesday, I must say, I was really suprised. It shredded though cheese perfectly and in a uniform cut.Clean up was about average as with any kitchen appliance. Wasn't too difficult to figure out how to put it on, how to take it off, and cleaning.Only thing, I wish it came with a storage bag or container to keep it in, but nothing a gallon sized storage zip lock can't fix. An angled piece to coax it into falling out would be a massive improvement.It's easy to clean to an extent.
