**Q: Could you hang these two planters at different heights from the one ceiling hook?**
A: No. They're the same size and the strings are too short to try and hang one directly above the other. I wouldn't recommend hanging them side by side on the same hook, it would tilt the planters.

**Q: Do you have to hang these in studs?**
A: They just have little ropes attached from them. I hung my planters from hooks above a window. They aren’t terribly heavy

**Q: In what kind of knot should the cords be tied? Mine came untied.**
A: You have to tie it yourself. Make a knot using the rope.

**Q: Can I ask the thickness of the rope?**
A: I gave it to my friend as a gift; she said they are pretty sturdy!
