I mix this with protein shakes, or even drink it plain with water. Either way, it tastes good and is a major protein kick. You get a lot of powder for the value as well, and it doesn’t break the bank. It’s super easy to mix in with drinks, or even mix it in with your ingredients of your favorite recipe to add a protein kick.
