Review: Great non stick pan for induction cooking - I bought a set of these pans 3.5 years ago when I had my new induction cooktop installed. They’ve lasted well, but it was time to replace the smallest one, I’ve been happy with the quality so I purchased the same again. Note to self do not immerse hot pan in water or it will degrade the non stick surface.

I've had this pan for a little over a month and use it nearly everyday for my breakfast eggs. My eggs turn out perfectly, never stick and the pan cleans up with soap and water. Nearly all my cook ware is Duxtop and I am extremely happy with all the pots and pans. After several years of use they still look virtually new and work well. I will be ordering the larger non-stick pan soon.
