There is a bit of a learning curve for attaching the halos around the nostrils. Took me about 2-3 weeks to get it down. As with any new mask there is a "getting use to it" period. It's great not having to wear a mask with headgear. It is essentially a leak proof mask which has improved my AHI score. I would recommend to anyone on CPAP.
