The 10,000 BTU window mount Cool Living Air Conditioner is one of the most versatile window air conditioners on the market. It features 6 different modes, 3 fan speeds, and a multi-directional vent. It's small and compact, yet powerful and efficient. This window air conditioner is Energy Star certified so it uses around 15% less energy, which can help save you on your utility costs over the life of the unit as well as protect the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions. This Cool Living Air Conditioner is designed to be installed in a standard double-hung window with a window width of between 23" and 36". It boasts a thermostat range of 64 - 86 degrees Fahrenheit (cooling only), and a programmable timer that allows you to set the run time anywhere from 0.5 to 24 hours. Included with the unit, is a remote control that has a signal range up to 20 feet.

I've had the unit about a week or so and I have to say I'm impressed with its performance. It's actually pretty quiet and it quickly cools my 12X35 room. This room normally calls for an 8,000 BTU unit but I decided to go with a 10,000 BTU just to make sure I had enough cooling power. Installation was very easy but it's best to have two people as the unit is pretty heavy. I honestly have no complaints at this time.
