The Proper Spec Factor 55 Rope Retention Pulley (RRP) is a cutting-edge, lightweight aluminum pulley designed exclusively for synthetic ropes between 8-12mm diameter. Featuring patented rubber fingers that prevent rope slippage during slack, a Teflon-treated friction surface for superior heat dissipation, and an oversized hole radius to protect soft shackles, this pulley enhances winching efficiency and safety for off-road and industrial applications.

## Description

The world’s first winch friction pulley with patented rope retention feature. A lightweight alternative to traditional heavy snatch blocks/pulleys. The RRP can be used to increase pulling power or redirect the winch line. The RRP is for use with SYNTHETIC ROPE ONLY and is to be used in conjunction with a soft shackle. During momentary slack, patented rope retention rubber fingers prevent synthetic winch rope from escaping the pulley groove preventing premature rope failure. The oversized hole radius provides a smooth rubbing surface and keeps the legs of the soft shackle from rubbing on the edges of the RRP. The critical friction surface has also been TEFLON treated to increase slickness and heat dissipation.

**Q: Does it come with the soft shackle?**
A: No, you have to get soft shackle separately.

**Q: Which is it?  Title is for a Factor55 #00260, but description is for the Factor55 #00261**
A: If you look at the technical detail area it is the 00260.  It is also what I received.

**Q: I'm confused on the product dimensions is this 5" round? but it cant be 5" wide?? please clarify the dims.**
A: The diameter is 5 inches, overall thickness is 1 5/8 inches.  The groove where the rope rides is about 1 inch.

**Q: Does it come with replacement fingers.   I would assume there is always a situation where you could destroy them.**
A: No it doesn’t but may be able to get them.
