**Q: Can this product work with 220V? I´m Argentinian.**
A: It should. Just make sure the transformer you receive with it takes 220V input.  The touch panel requires 9 volts DC, 2.5 amps. The picture in the listing shows the transformer as a 100-240V 50/60Hz input model which would work (you just need a prong adapter).  But the transformer that came with mine is different.  It lists the input voltage at 102 to 132 AC, 60Hz.  Just double check the rating before plugging it in.  If you get one that's not rated for 220V, you can always pick up one that is and just make sure it outputs at 9V 2.5A.

**Q: Does it have connections for wired sensors as well or only wireless?**
A: Zone 1 is the only zone that can be hardwired.

**Q: Hi. I want to know if to activate and deactivate an alarm through the app I need to pay a monthly service**
A: So in order to use the Remote Services (Total Connect 2.0 App)  a monthly subscription is required.  We have a DIY self Monitoring plan that starts at $10.00/mth using wifi that would give you access to the Total Connect app for Remote Arm/Disarming, Notifications and alerts, viewing system status...  Home Automation would add $3.00 /mth.

**Q: Can i control light switches and other z wave devices on this while I'm home without paying for the Honeywell remote connect?**
A: Right now I just paid $1 or $2 for the app and I can control the alarm system and have an option to control the Z-Wave automation and video cameras. I just don't have that stuff set up yet so I'm pretty sure you can do the zwave stuff but have not tried it. Also, for some reason,  if you have a CenturyLink modem it will not be able to use the Wi-Fi app.  I had to piggy back another router on top of the CenturyLink one to make it work.
