We have an abacus and use that sometimes while we play. The game helps teach a bunch of concepts which my daughter picked up easily at 4-5 years like making an equation, largest number goes first, adding and subtracting, determining whether a number is even or odd, sounding out the words "even" or "odd" on the game board, and solving an equation in her head. All this is made fun and the playing pieces are sturdy and adorable!She is just now figuring out how to determine what rolls she wants to happen in the "endless loop."
