My kittens died and only Kmr saved with just the first one small feed the diarrhea stopped and my kitten instantly was relieved, the next day she started to gain energy. I know its expensive and the delivery takes ages. But trust me no washing of diarrhea or sad fading kitten with KMR& petlac Formula. Their KMR and Petlac formulas are relief to us and the only saver I'm certain of for just born to 6 weeks kittens.In the 7th week if the kitten starts chewing biting you can introduce little by little dry food soaked in hot water softening it, let them cool down to room temp , you can then feed. I recommend this product and warning you beforehand to buy tins 6 days in advance. For a 3&4 week single kitten the tin comes only for 7 days maximum. Incase you can't afford more you can buy atleast once to save its life for a week or 10 days and see how it revives and then decide to buy further or not or find an alternative which might suit them. But this is the best kitten formula I've seen with many kittens I've raised without mom cat.

**Q: Does the powder require refrigeration?**
A: Yes, but not immediately after opening. KMR powder can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 months after opening and then must be refrigerated. (KMR powder can be used up to 1 additional month after refrigeration.)

**Q: How much do I feed my kitten?**
A: We suggest feeding a kitten 2 tablespoons of liquid or reconstituted powder milk replacer per 4 ounces of body weight in a 24 hour period. For instance, a kitten weighing 8 ounces should receive 4 tablespoons of formula within 24 hours.

**Q: Can KMR be fed to a puppy or Esbilac to a kitten?**
A: No, each of our PetAg formulas are designed for the specific nutritional needs of the species (ie, dog or cat) and they are not interchangeable.

**Q: Why are the fat and protein levels in Esbilac/KMR liquid different than in the powders?**
A: The fat and protein levels on powdered milk replacers are higher because they reflect the nutrients of the undiluted powder. After adding 2 parts water, the fat and protein content will match that of the liquid milk replacer.

**Q: The formula looks clumpy or smells like spoiled milk, is it safe for use?**
A: No. Milk Replacers are perishable products. If a formula appears to be spoiled in any way, it should NEVER be fed to an animal.
