Very grateful! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I used to burn within 20 mins and since taking GliSODin I swam across Haunama Bay and missed my back with the sunscreen and I healed in like 3 days *by A***R on 7 September 2017* Does different things to me than I would expect. I have a SOD2 polymorphism and I am playing around with improving methylation, upregulating/downregulating various enzymes, boosting metabolism... you know basically riding the trend out until I find out it's all snake oil. But honestly I am very perplexed by using GliSODin, I didn't notice anything different except for the fact that I don't seem to get sunburns anymore. I used to burn within 20 mins and since taking GliSODin I swam across Haunama Bay and missed my back with the sunscreen and I healed in like 3 days. I have read SOD can help with sunburns and sun related issues, but I am really shocked by what I am seeing in myself. Usually it would take 2-4 weeks, or maybe more, for me to heal from something like no sunscreen for 2 hours with a UV rating of 12. Also now I go out into the sun for about 15-20 mins a day (with no sunscreen) as often as I can to produce vitamin d (I am VDR BSM homozygous and cannot seem to increase my vitamin d any other way), and I have not burned once. That would be unheard of with me a couple years ago. I've been using SOD for about a little over a year and the sun thing is about the only thing different I've noticed since taking it. It might not be enough for some people but for now it's enough for me to keep taking it so I can continue to produce vitamin d naturally.
