Apparently my monitor won't charge the battery** A: I just bought this for the same reason: Kastar intelligent mini travel Charger. The part of the charging mechanism in the monitor wont receive the charge from the cord (pins dont libr up). This is the second unit I got from vtech. The first did the same thing and I think they sent me a refurbished one.
