Having had hands in & out of water a lot during working career & not able to protect nails which have taken a battering. I have started to use this again & I find by applying one fresh coat every four/five days helps my nails as it gives a nice soft pink sheen & I don't mess with them apart from trying to remember cuticle oil & my nails are stronger and start to grow. I find two coats although more of a pink sheen (like the bottle) chips off easier or it may be me...
