We recommend you may want to contact TUMI directly at 1-800-299-8864 for help in locating the TUMI store nearest you. **Q: what is the warranty for this item?** A: Simply Google “Tumi Alpha 3 Expandable Warranty”. Select “Product Information and Warranty”. This applies to all Tumi cases. There is an extensive warranty explanation that is entirely too long to explain here: Warranty for Year 1, Warranty for Years 2-5, etc. Google is your friend! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ Disappointed with my Purchase *by on Reviewed in the United Arab Emirates 26 March 2025* This product was delivered and given as a gift to my wife.
