Although specifically designed for PreCast Concrete pieces, XS-327 can be used anywhere that requires high performance durability against: scratching, abrasion, chemical and household staining, UV damage, and damage from heat up to (to 300°F). We DIY concrete countertops in our kitchen a few years ago. The hardest part we encountered was finding a sealer that lasted and did not alter the color/concrete. We tried a number of sealers on small practice countertop. Nothing comes close to Surecrete sealers. Low odor, easy to apply, long lasting. So far nothing has stained the concrete counter. Oil splatter, tomatoes sauce, water does not penetrate the surface.
