Semplicemente fantastica! Bellissima e meravigliosa alleata in cucina. Dopo lunghe ricerche e riflessioni ho scelto la creuset tra tutte le pentole in ghisa per un motivo: la smaltatura chiara. Le altre marche hanno all'interno la smaltatura scura (nera) e non mi convincono per la possibile presenza di piombo.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ein Topf für die Ewigkeit

Gott - dieser Topf ist einfach nur deprimierend...man weiss ganz genau, das der einen überlebt und das besonders schlimme daran ist - egal ob man den zur Geburt geschenkt bekommt oder im fortgeschrittenen Alter...das Teil ist für die Ewigkeit und ist so etwas wie ein Generationentopf :-) Wir haben von der Marke schon einen runden Topf aber was mich daran immer genervt hat - für 4-5 Rouladen ist dieser bestens geeignet aber für mehr Rouladen war der nicht geeignet....zu klein. Mit diesem großen Topf ( 40 cm ) von LeCreuset habe ich schon öfters geliebäugelt aber der Preis hat mich immer ein wenig abgeschreckt. Da wir aber schon lange keine Rouladen mehr gemacht haben, die Dinger gerade im Angebot waren und wir noch rudimentäre Restbestände vom Weihnachtsgeld über hatten, wollten wir etwas nützliches damit machen...und damit war der Kauf dieses Topfes eine beschlossene Sache :-) Verpackung - Trotz des Gewichtes kam unser neuer ohne Beschädigungen an. Wenn man den dann erst einmal in die Wohnung gewuchtet und ausgepackt hat, dann macht sich sofort ein „War die richtige Entscheidung“ Gefühl breit. Am gleichen Tag, wo der Topf angekommen ist, haben wir auch beim Metzger unseres Vertrauens 8 Rouladen gekauft...wenn schon ein Test...dann sollte das auch ein richtiger Test werden... Also...schweren Topf ausgepackt, mit warmen Spülwasser gereinigt, mit kaltem Wasser ausgewaschen und auf die Induktionsplatte gestellt. Danach haben wir uns ans wickeln der 8 Rouladen gemacht - abwaschen, Düsseldorfer Senf bestreichen, Salzen, Pfeffern, Zwiebelmettwurst rein und eine kleine Gurke. Dann die ausgebreiteten Rullies schnell eingewickelt und mittels Band verknotet. Danach habe ich etwas Öl in den Topf gepackt und unseren Herd langsam vorgeglüht...gestartet bin ich mit Temperatureinstellung 4,5 ( Von 9 ), dann habe ich kurz gewartet und die alle 8 Rullies !!! In den Topf gepackt. Also ganz ehrlich - in den Topf hätten wahrscheinlich auch 10 oder 12 Rullies platz und deswegen passten die 8 da natürlich locker rein. Was man sofort merkte - die Wärmeverteilung war absolut gleichmäßig und perfekt. Was man auch noch merkte - der Topf stand Bombenfest auf den Induktionsfeld ( Und der nimmt das halbe Induktionsfeld ein )...da wackelt nix, da kippelt nix...der Topf steht wirklich zu 100% Plan auf der Kochplatte. Nach dem anbraten, aufgiessen usw. kamen nach ungefähr 2 Stunden die perfekten Rouladen zum Vorschein. Natürlich - das Ergebnis bekommt man sicher auch mit anderen Töpfen hin, die signifikant günstiger sind. Diese haben dann vielleicht auch Tragegriffe die nicht heiß werden aber...der Topf sieht geil aus und wertet alleine optisch schon jede Küche auf ( Wir haben den in rot geholt ), die Qualität ist über jeden Zweifel erhaben, die Wärmeverteilung und das halten der Wärme ist genial, die Verarbeitung ist auf Top Niveau ( Kein Kippeln, kein wackeln, meine Macken, Kratzer, oder sonstwas ) und wieso geht man bitte arbeiten, wenn man sich nicht ab und dann Mal etwas schönes, nützliches, hochwertiges gönnt ? Im Grunde muss man zu dem Topf nicht viel sagen - er macht genau das, wofür er hergestellt wurde und er macht es einfach perfekt. Aus diesem Grund geben wir dem Topf natürlich 5 Sterne. Wir haben 3 Katzen und um mal einen Eindruck von der Größe des Topfs zu bekommen, haben wir mal eine kleine Anprobe in der Küche gemacht :-) Unser knapp 6 Kg Kater fand es eine tolle Idee, sich den Topf näher anzuschauen. Der Topf war noch nicht heiss, die Herdplatte war noch nicht an und der kleine hat das aus freien Stücken gemacht...wenn ich oben Rouladen schreibe, meine ich natürlich auch Rouladen ( Vom Rind ) und unsere 3 Kater erfreuen sich auch aktuell noch bester Gesundheit - auch nach dem kochen. Also bitte keine Demos vor unserer Wohnung in Sachen Tierschutz . Das Bild soll einfach nur Mal zeigen, wie groß der Topf ist...es würde also ein knapp 6KG Kater ohne Probleme passen :-)
