Many contain useful ideas and are worth looking at... especially if you feel comfortable 'taking the best, and leaving the rest' of what is presented. So, having looked at so many books, why did I buy this one? Because Debra Lynne Katz is currently the spiritual practitioner and author I trust the most.A while back I had the opportunity to interact with Debra and others online. We had gotten together to play around with remote viewing. I live in New Zealand, and I was really impressed with what Debra and other overseas participants could 'see' at my place from thousands of miles away. Debra was the leader and organiser of the event, and she really impressed me.I feel that we can have much more control of our lives than we might have been led to believe. Our experience can be magical. The ideas and suggestions contained in this book could be extremely useful if even partially accepted and applied in our lives. It is my opinion that you don't have to follow Debra's suggestions precisely... and you don't have to agree with her on everything. But if you can enthusiastically grasp the spirit of what she is trying to convey, and then endeavour to apply these ideas to your life, then you might be amazed.I recommend this book. Katz is blatantly honest, and I would NOT recommend this book for the faint of heart. However, if you’re ready for it, this book does an astounding job at explaining what it is that is getting in the way of your ability to manifest. Katz opens up truth and new doors that anyone interested in metaphysics, parapsychology, and/or spirituality needs to read and take into consideration. And to the author, I express great thanks to this wonderfully life changing book. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars very good *by D***D on Reviewed in the United States on March 18, 2012* I got this book because I was really curious. Also it was mentioned in  The Key to The Secret: How to Manifest from the Heart , which is a sort of compilation of LoA ideas. This book is very useful, the author has clearly done her homework. Alignment is really critical to success at using LoA, and this author covers that. There is a pretty good explanation of how manifestation works- well it's reasonable, I'm not sure anybody really knows everything about it. I wish she had put a summary of the exercises at the end, the way The Key to the Secret did, that would have made the book more useful, but I'm used to having to do my own summaries. This is a useful book, well worth getting.
