This affects the robustness of the side arms compared to metal ones. They do the job and the splendid case is a practicle addition. In use, metal side arms and hinges would be preferable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great Readers for the Price. Fold up Amazingly small *by J***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 November 2023* These took a bit longer to arrive than most things on Amazon. About 8 days I think it was, but there was no urgency for us, so didn’t matter. I like that these temporary/short use readers on come in their own very small protective zip-up case, which can also be clipped to belt or a bag or something. Paid £10 for 3 pairs which is an amazing price. They’re unisex in their design and shape but ideal for my hubby who likes to take readers out with him for reading menus, price tags etc when out and about where lighting isn’t great. He’s lucky he’s in his early 60’s and still doesn’t need prescription glasses yet…..so these are ideal for him for using every now and again or for reading at home for short periods. THey’re light, and fold up fantastically small, so would easily fit in a jeans or coat pocket. They’re advertised as “Unbreakable”, but I’m not sure about this. Everything is breakable, and these do feel a little flimsy, so I do very much doubt that bold statement, but for a tenner for 3 pairs of uniquely foldable glasses, they’re great. I think they’re going to be a talking feature for sure. They’re so cool the way they fold so small.
