She wants me to do some low impact type of exercises so A Balance ball is a good way to get started. I have only tried it a couple of times & need to do some research on some good exercises to try with it but so far I like it. I have done a few of the exercises it shows on the box & so far I really like it. The ball does seem a little thin in material but maybe thats the way all of them are? I really really like the back stretching exercise & the sit up type of exercises. I can say that i do feel "SAFE" using this. I don't feel like it's going to suddenly pop on me. I think thats always been one of my fears when deciding to use one of these. I'm very glad I took the opportunity to get this Yoga Ball by Fire & Balance.I received this product at a reduced rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. I love exercise balls because it really works my core in the comfort of my own home. When I got the opportunity to review this ball, I immediately jumped on it. It arrived nicely packaged. It came with a hand-pump and I got my first exercise from pumping it up. Once pumped, the ball is very sturdy and the skin is thick. It looked and felt like it was made from quality material. The ultimate test was in using it. I absolutely loved it and it brought back memories of using one years ago. I loved that the box it was packaged in came with pictures of possible ways to use it. A simple online search also showed the many different ways to use this ball to get into shape. I absolutely loved the fact that it could do so much more than just work our the core. I have been using it for arms exercise also. This is a product that I definitely recommend. My doctor recommended I purchase one of these to occasionally use at my desk during my work shifts instead of a task chair and I think it will work just fine for that purpose. The packaging is nothing special, in fact mine was a little dented but again not a huge deal. Otherwise product was exactly as described and it will serve the purpose I need it to. The included pump was nice, I like that I didn't have to find another pump somewhere else in order to inflate the ball. The color is nice and it only took me a couple minutes to pump it up and I was ready to go.
