Our strategically placed magnets coupled with magnet size allows for optimum performance of magnetic lines of flux to penetrate up into the body. Studies have shown that Magnetic Therapy is suggested to help improve sleep patterns, increase energy levels, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and is suggested to soothe aches and discomfort. Review: Use a child's playpen sheet with this pad - The magnetic pad is sturdy and well-made but it moved around a lot when placed between the mattress and bedsheet. It's too scratchy to lie on directly, so I bought a child's play pen/play yard sheet and that fits the magnetic pad almost perfectly. Now I can place the pad on top of the bottom bedsheet at night, yet it's protected and I'm comfortable. This solution also made the pad more portable, so I can use it while sitting on a chair or the couch.

Transportable, comfortable, easy to use and effective. Sleep better and less pain every day. You can believe this or not, but when I’m having a stressful day, I lay on it with the pad down on the lower end of my body and it pulls all the negative energy off me and out my feet.
