Review: This is THE book for gluten free - When you suddenly have to eat gluten free, THIS is the book! It explains basics and techniques in easy language and recipes are delicious without having to buy 10 different starches and flours (all too common with gf). I did have one epic fail recipe that I was hoping to get right - egg rolls - since I miss them so much. But I'm going to give it another try. You will have great nutritious food by using this recipes in this book.

When you suddenly have to eat gluten free, THIS is the book! It explains basics and techniques in easy language and recipes are delicious without having to buy 10 different starches and flours (all too common with gf). I did have one epic fail recipe that I was hoping to get right - egg rolls - since I miss them so much. But I'm going to give it another try. You will have great nutritious food by using this recipes in this book.
