It is a big improvement over the stock shimano rotor. My ebike came whim 160mm brakes. On long steep downhills the stock brakes would fade. Unfortunately it's the flat mount caliper that can't upgrade to 180. My highest priority for replacement was better stopping power. i feel the brake pulsating when lightly applying pressure. I can live with this because I really needed an upgrade in stopping power which I got plenty of now..
