After I wore it for about ten minutes I started to think where is it made. I could not find any info on the box, the instructions, or on the internet . Even though it is boiled in hot water to mold which could kill the germs, it doesn’t necessarily stop the chemicals from seeping into your body. I’m taking it out and going to brush my teeth again and rethink a Night guard. I was just trying to save $400 at the dentist. **Q: Dont have molding instructions. How do you mold it?** A: Pretty easy- Boil water, turn off heat. pour water in bowl immediately and drop in mouth guard. Wait 18 seconds, remove with tongs, let cool for about 5 seconds. Immediately put in mouth (top teeth). Bite down, suck inward to remove air pull the mold towards your teeth. Try pressing around the mold with your tongue to push it towards your teeth. Remove mold, rinse with cold water and it is ready to use. For the thinner guards, don't bit down all the way as they are thinner and you may bite all the way through the mold. **Q: can i use it for lower teeth** A: Yes you can! You would just mold it for your lower teeth. **Q: It says bpa free on the description on the page however it doesn’t say it onthw box it came in? is this bpa free?** A: I agree. I do not think it is what they state. It does not on the box, or in the 8 page pamphlet say anything about BPA, phalate-free etc (even tho an answer to this question below states it says it I. The pamphlet, it does not. I received my order today. One of the main reasons I purchased was for bpa & phalate free.
