Review: Break down after six weeks - I dislike that that unit stopped working after 6 weeks. In my opinion very poor quality. I suppose those pumps are made to be used on caravans and camper trailers which occasionally are taken on gravel roads.

**Q: Can this pump run on ac and dc power and what size inlet and outlet ports are there**
A: This is a DC only pump.

**Q: Do I need the accumulator and strainer for this unit?**
A: I think both would be recommended for an RV or boat install. It will run without, but an accumulator will smooth out water flow for showers. A strainer is always recommended.

**Q: Can you adjust the pressure switch?**
A: Yes you can. Remove the center phillips head screw on the end cap, remove the cap and the adjustment screw is the middle one between the two wire connections. Turn clockwise a quarter turn at a time till surging stops.

**Q: What is FloJet Model number on this pump?  Is it 4305-500?**
A: If it is  "quiet quad" , permanent magnet motor, 12 vdc, 2.0 amp. minimum, 7.0 amp.max, 3.2 gals per minute, max pressure 35psi, intermittent duty, the model no. is 04406143A.
