In order to get Bluetooth you need to order SKU: ZD41022-D01W01EZ. This unit will give you full Bluetooth and wireless networking. Models that do not have the Wireless option only have Bluetooth LTE which is used for diagnostic purposes not printing. **Q: Is a usb-b included in the box?** A: Great product no problem with it **Q: will it sync with POS?** A: I have had the worst time in the world with it!!... there's two similar zebra printers with same model number but different serial numbers with two different Bluetooth. I have an iPad and am running lightspeed.It's a nightmare . However it could be plug and play for you. Research for sure. I needed to buy a 2nd to help productivity. This is easy enough to go to zebras website and download their software/drivers. This 200 some dpi is enough. The higher quality/higher dpi is unnecessary as the thermal print will wear off over time while handling it. If you want to increase the thermal printed letters/numbers wrap clear scotch/packaging tape around it so we he wording doesn’t wear off.
