I gave it 3 stars for a couple reasons . 1- there is no adjustment on the strap. I'm 5'9 and the phone was hanging near my belt buckle . No way to shorten it . 2- hard to open , the 2 clasps were very tough to open , my phone was a Motorola turbo ....if you have a thick case it is a very snug fit . Also the "grippy" texture on some phone cases will make it tough to slide in and out .
