I hit my big toe really hard pole dancing and ended up losing my toe nail. It grew back really funky looking. And i just always kept it covered because it was embarrassing. Long story short, from having socks on all the time and just constantly having my feet covered with losing my nail already my nail ended up getting all types of thick fungus underneath it. It's almost as flat as my other toe nail now. It works you just have to be consistent and keep using it.
