It tells you how to operate the Wizard in the directions I failed to read.....Read the directions and take care of it and you will have a wonderful product. This thing is quick, easy to clean up and easy to store!!!!! I love mine.....You don't have to drag out the food processor, no plug-ins or cumbersome parts. The Chop Wizard is easy to assemble, easy to use and easy to handle. You can even store your left over veggies in it if you choose.
