Luckily so far, so good. A slight tingle right after I use but it stops quickly and I have not had any actual lingering redness or rashes. Its nit just my skin that is sensitive but I am also allergic to smells and this has a pleasant citrus smell that does not irritate my very sensitive sinus. Like someone else said it's like dreamcicle but it's not overwhelming. Even scents I like can often times end up giving me a migraine but this has not bothered me yet. First 2 weeks, I was just using once per week, then twice per week, now about every 4 days. I can't say that I have noticed any real difference with my skin, maybe a little smoother looking?
